At Bel & Mums we know how valuable it is to have a supporting network during pregnancy and postnatally. We also know how tricky this can be in a city like Madrid specially if you have just moved in. We want to help you creating your community and get to know other women in your same situation.

This is an bumps and babies (under 2 months old) group where every women is welcome. We start with a Q&A with our midwife and continue with an informal chat with others in your same circumstances.

This is an English-speaking group and we believe in the power of different culture’s input so please come and join us, no matter if you come from Spain, England, China or anywhere! We would love to have you.
